Mike, a principal at MdeAS, joined the firm in 1998 and quickly established himself as a key member of the team. His ability to think both conceptually and pragmatically is unparalleled, consistently bringing design concept into reality. Mike displays tremendous leadership in mentoring the architectural staff, developing creative design solutions and implementing the high standards of MdeAS’ craft and design.

Utilizing a strong understanding and background in construction, Mike oversees projects both domestically and internationally, including Canada, Brazil and the U.K. As a LEED accredited professional, he continually promotes and evolves MdeAS’ ideology of sustainable design in architecture and planning. He has worked on a diverse range of projects including master plans, commercial buildings, retail, residential and mixed-use developments, curtain wall re-clad and over-clad, as well as lobby expansions and renovations.­­

A selection of recently completed projects include the re-cladding of tower and podium at First Canadian Place in Toronto, Canada, renovation of 650 California Street in San Francisco, over-cladding and repositioning of 330 Madison Avenue in New York City, Gotham Center Building B2 (Department of Health) in Long Island City, Queens and “The Cubes” at 120 West 42nd Street in NYC, winner of the 2013 NYS AIA Award of Excellence, Commercial Large Projects.
