This is the first phase of a 4 building, 3.5 million SF mixed-use master plan of office and residential towers for Tishman Speyer. Split in half by Jackson Avenue, subtle elliptical curves unify the two halves of the complex. The first phase is LEED Gold certified and will house the NYC Department of Health and Human Services.
