By creating an efficient and uniform building floorplan, fitting state-of-the-art building systems within its core, and installing a high-performance curtain wall, MdeAS, in collaboration with Gensler, reinvented this vintage 1920’s masonry building as a timeless, modern, Class A office building. On the street level, retail storefronts adorned with long spans of ultra-clear glass renders the building as a mass gracefully floating above a glowing streetscape, keeping in line with Madison Avenue's history of prominent retail.
