Linc LIC

A premier luxury rental tower in Long Island City’s Court Square, 43-08 Crescent Street soars over the LIC streetscape at 42-stories high. MdeAS designed the interior public spaces including the lobby, health club and tenant corridors. Artwork was selected for the lobby and 31st floor lounge, which opens to a rooftop terrace and sports spectacular views of the Manhattan skyline.
