Senior Associate

Cynthia Fels Price, Senior Associate, brings to MdeAS her specialty in complex repositioning and the renovation of existing buildings. From smaller-scale commercial interior design projects to large-scale building redevelopments, she masterfully balances refined design with real-world constructability. She is able to distill large quantities of information down to actionable solutions and brings forth clarity to her teams’ efforts.

Driven by a goal to create quality spaces that improve inhabitants' everyday experiences, Cynthia holds extra consideration for marginalized communities and how they may interact with the built environment. She is passionate about the inclusion of more female, Black, Latinx, Asian, and LGBTQ+ voices in the architecture industry and strives to create designs that are continuously evolutive and enriching to the lives they affect.

Currently, Cynthia is working as the Senior Project Architect for Vornado Realty Trust’s redevelopment of PENN 2, a 1.6M SF, 31-story office tower above New York Penn Station in Manhattan. Cynthia’s can-do attitude, strong communication and management skills, and overall passion for her work allow her to effectively manage the massive project. When she’s not transforming innovative ideas into built realities, you can find Cynthia reading a book, hiking trails, or biking through the streets of New York with loved ones.
