Senior Director, Jeff Ellerbrock, is a recognized leader and dedicated expert in the architectural industry. With great attention to detail, Jeff has successfully applied his vast knowledge of design and construction to a variety of award-winning commercial and residential projects.
As project manager, Jeff is highly professional and committed to excellence, achieving client objectives by developing creative, integrated solutions. He is responsible for guiding the strategic direction and performance of the firm’s most notable projects. With a specialization in residential design, Jeff exceeds the expectations of high-quality hospitality design through the use of rich materials and a deep understanding of the user experience.
Through spatial programming, Jeff integrates functional amenities, technology, and beauty into every design. Inspired by his own family, Jeff creates spaces that reflect the needs of the tenants. Currently, he is working on the redevelopment of The Archive in the West Village, the lobby, amenities, and units at Lyra, and the ground-up buildings One and Two Clinton Park in New Rochelle.
In addition to project-related responsibilities, Jeff directs office staffing with seamless organization to ensure an efficient business structure.
