1100 Avenue Of The Americas’ Re-Cladding Nears Completion In Midtown, Manhattan

With the transformation of 1100 Avenue of the Americas nearly complete, the project was featured in YIMBY’s latest article.

“The extremely reflective glass assembly is substantially finished with only portions remaining around the partial eastern elevation that abuts the Grace Building, the entire ground floor behind the sidewalk scaffolding, and the sliver of panels where the mechanical hoist is attached to the northern elevation. Installation of the opaque panels is also wrapping up around the mechanical extension above the roof parapet.”

The building received a complete exterior overhaul as well as extensive renovations to the building’s 386,190-square-foot interiors. With a new and direct connection to Grace Plaza and Bryant Park, 1100 Avenue of the Americas is the pinnacle of modern workplace.
