Feil Plans Major Improvements to LI Office Property

The Feil Organization is launching a major capital improvement project at its Garden City office property. Designed by MdeAS, the improvements will include a reimagining of the building’s five-story atrium and lobby as well as the addition of integrated seating, planting, and artwork.

“The great crescent atrium defines the property and comes to life with new landscaping, seating, art, and a unique sculptural wood screen that follows the distinctive curve of the building,” Dan Shannon, Managing Partner.
