MdeAS On-Site: Two Bryant Park

MdeAS On-Site provides the opportunity for employees to experience MdeAS projects first-hand and learn from the designer who brought the space to life.

Kicking off our first MdeAS On-Site tour is Two Bryant Park. Led by Associate Juan Carlos Artolozaga, we learned about this building redevelopment at the corner of Sixth Avenue and 42nd Street.

Our work included the new curtainwall system and relocation of the building entry to 42nd Street - creating a through-block lobby connecting Bryant Park and Grace Plaza. We also had the opportunity to check out the progress of the newly added roof terrace as well as the progress on the redefined Grace Plaza.
