PENN 2 on the Cover of Urban Land Magazine’s Spring 2024 Issue

PENN 2 was featured on the cover of Urban Land Institute’s Spring 2024 Magazine issue. The cover story explores how PENN 1 and PENN 2 are revitalizing THE PENN DISTRICT. The repositioning of the district came about slowly, as Managing Partner, Dan Shannon, told ULI. “Vornado was very deliberate. They didn’t do anything quickly and ad hoc,” he said. Discussions between MdeAS and Vornado began nearly a decade ago when Shannon first spoke with Vornado CEO and Chairman Steve Roth and his executive team about initiating studies on improvements to PENN 1 and PENN 2.
