Danielli Aders

Associate

With a decade of experience in architecture, Associate Dani Aders brings to MdeAS her expertise in repositioning, particularly the renovation of landmarked and high-end, single-family residential units. Her background in urban planning gives her insight into the rapid development and redevelopment of New York City buildings while her interest in sustainable design is reflected in her work sensibilities. Dani has an affinity for renovations and enjoys the delicacy required in breathing new life into aged buildings.

Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, Dani approaches design through an inquiring lens. She believes the simplest explanation is often the most effective solution and is dedicated to creating high-quality, impactful designs. With a commitment to her team and a conscientious nature, Dani takes joy from collaboration that ushers in creative solutions and innovative thinking.

Dani is currently working as a project manager and designer on 330 West 42nd Street and on a confidential redevelopment of a commercial office building near Madison Park. She has previously worked on 410 Tenth Avenue as a designer and did the CPS for 10 Exchange Place. In her free time, she enjoys solving puzzles and exploring new places with her family.
