The Feil Organization Unveils Capital Improvement Plans at 7 Penn Plaza

Feil Organization has unveiled capital improvement plans for 7 Penn Plaza to revitalize the tower as a best-in-class asset in Midtown Manhattan. Designed by MdeAS, the building improvements will include a new roof deck as an elevated tenant amenity and modernization of the lobby.

“The rooftop at 7 Penn Plaza provides a panoramic view of Midtown and the Hudson River,” said Dan Shannon, Partner of MdeAS Architects. “The terrace enhancements provide an ideal place for visitors to enjoy the spectacle of New York as part of their working environment all day and throughout all seasons.”
