Danielli Aders
Associate
With a decade of experience in architecture, Associate Dani Aders brings her expertise in repositioning to MdeAS, particularly the renovation of landmarked buildings. Her background in urban planning gives her insight into the rapid development and redevelopment of New York City, while her interest in sustainability is reflected in her design sensibilities. Dani has an affinity for renovations and enjoys the delicacy required in breathing new life into aged buildings.
Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, Dani approaches design through an inquiring lens. She believes the simplest explanation is often the most effective solution and is dedicated to creating high-quality, impactful designs. With a commitment to her team and a conscientious nature, Dani takes joy from collaborations that usher in creative solutions and innovative thinking. She also leads the internal BIM team at MdeAS, spearheading the advancement of the studio’s technical capabilities and project implementation.
Dani is currently working as Project Manager on Rockrose’s commercial redevelopment of 11 E 26th Street, and recently completed BGO’s new 9,000-SF amenity suite at 685 Third Avenue. She was part of the design team on the redevelopment of 410 Tenth Avenue and 330 West 42nd Street (The McGraw Hill Building). In her free time, she enjoys solving puzzles and exploring new places with her family.
