Linh Ðàm is an experienced designer that ushers iconic NYC-buildings into the modern age. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures the client’s goals are met while remaining focused on the quality of design and programming. All of which is showcased in her work at 200 Park Avenue, a full ground floor repositioning recognized as Interior Design Magazine’s Best Commercial Lobby/Amenity of 2022.
At MdeAS Linh’s portfolio exemplifies her expertise in redeveloping buildings from the streetscape through to the lobby. Through intuitive programming and meticulous design, she creates a seamless experience for tenants and visitors - one that is guided by intuitive circulation, innovative technology and sustainable practice.
With a relentless pursuit of collaboration, Linh has established herself as a mentor and leader. She believes in fostering and emboldening the next generation of designers with a commitment to inclusion, diversity, and equity. Linh also oversees our Green Team and is devoted to expanding MdeAS’ contributions to a more sustainable future by organizing volunteer programs and educational forums.
