Dan Shannon, Managing Partner, Speaks with the New York Post about Residential Conversions

Managing Partner, Dan Shannon, was recently interviewed by Lois Weiss for the New York Post's Commercial Real Estate section.

He spoke about the complex undertaking of residential conversions, including MdeAS' work with The Feil Organization to convert 140 W 57th Street from boutique offices into condominiums:

"It is a major financial investment to convert in this market," said Shannon. "We've probably looked at easily 15 and I don't think there is an owner that hasn't looked. Some pencil out, and some don't."
