Danielli Aders, Associate, Spotlighted in NYREJ’s Women in Commercial Real Estate

Danielli Aders, Associate is spotlighted in NYREJ's 2024 Women in Commercial Real Estate!

What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of?

I am most proud of the restoration and redevelopment of 11 East 26th Street. The new entry, amenities, and roof terrace preserve the classic elements of the building while preparing this boutique asset for modern tenancy. Opening the quatrefoils in the parapet respects the original design while offering beautiful views of Madison Square Park and the city skyline. I also recently became a licensed architect in the State of New York.

What are the most important factors young women should consider when choosing a firm to build their career with?

The most important factor for building my career has been the support that I’ve had along the way. Make sure the firm you choose to grow with has support at all levels, from training as an entry-level designer, to mentorship that guides your transition to a leadership role. It’s also very important to work with a firm that respects work-life balance and recognizes the value of time that re-charges your body and spirit.
