Jeff Ellerbrock, Senior Director, spoke with Multi-Housing News about the latest trends in residential development and the shift in design to accommodate residents with flexible working arrangements. “(They’re) not just extra rooms at the end of the hallway, but very well programmed spaces that have communal zones and pantries.”

He expands on the importance of flexibility and functionality in the design and programming of amenities. These considerations were part of MdeAS’ design at Lyra, Rockrose Development Corp.’s recently completed luxury residential tower in Hudson Yards.
