MdeAS is pleased to introduce three Associates to our Leadership Team.
Please join us in congratulating our newest Associates: Juan Carlos Artolozaga, Linh Ðàm, and Paola Martinez. We are excited to promote the next class of leaders, all of whom have impacted our firm for nearly a decade. Their approach to architecture is evident in major redevelopments across New York City and spanning South America; in which they have demonstrated their understanding of integrity in design and construction.
Beyond their architectural achievements, their ability to mentor young designers sets them apart. Their diverse backgrounds and educational experiences allow them to connect with incoming designers and architectural interns. They have played a pertinent role in shaping future architects by fostering a culture of mentorship in the studio – ultimately defining our Work Ally and Internship programs. We look forward to their continual growth in the industry as they lead the firm into the next generation of design excellence.
