In addition to being a registered architect in New York, Tricia is a LEED AP and actively involved in several architectural organizations. She has a passion for sustainability and works synchronously with clients to identify strategic interventions and to create innovative solutions and spaces that redefine existing buildings.

She was also project architect for the reimagination of the former Master Printer’s Building at 410 Tenth Avenue for SL Green Realty Corp., which was completed in 2020.
Tricia leads the firm on the recruitment and hiring of the next generation of designers at MdeAS. Believing in the importance of mentorship, she has spearheaded the firm’s AXP program which encourages the growth of the young architects, providing them with the support and tools to push themselves professionally.
